These terms are between you and CliffsMe (operated by Paul Napper Web Design). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

CliffsMe connects, with your permission, to accounts you own and prepares summaries of their contents for you. Summaries are generated automatically, including by AI, and can be incomplete or wrong. Always check the original before relying on a summary for anything important. Each story links to its source so you can.

Your accounts

Only connect accounts you are entitled to use. If you connect a work account, make sure your organisation’s policies allow it. You can disconnect any source at any time.

Membership and billing

Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices include GST. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

Don’t use CliffsMe to access accounts that aren’t yours, to break the law, or to try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Third-party platforms

CliffsMe relies on the APIs of Google, Microsoft, Slack, Meta, TikTok and others. If a platform changes or withdraws access, the related feature may change or stop working. CliffsMe is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CliffsMe is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
